Roasted Chocolate Tea starts with Hojicha, a traditional Japanese green tea that’s roasted to create its signature deep, toasty flavour. We layer it with cocoa and carob for a smooth chocolate Hojicha tea that tastes warm, nutty and wonderfully indulgent.

Unlike the fresh, grassy character of many green teas, Hojicha has a roasted aroma and naturally mellow flavour that pairs beautifully with chocolate. It also tends to be lower in caffeine than many other green teas, making it an especially cozy choice for later in the day.

Enjoy it straight or add steamed milk for a rich Hojicha latte that tastes somewhere between roasted tea and hot chocolate.
