Size Medium Large

A woven pendant with natural texture and a calm soft glow.
The JUTE pendant brings natural warmth and texture into the room. Its woven shade softens the light and creates a calm glow that feels cozy and relaxed in everyday spaces.

The simple cylindrical shape keeps the fixture clean and modern, while the jute texture adds depth and character overhead. It is a great way to make minimalist interiors feel warmer and more inviting without adding visual clutter.

The Medium size works well over smaller dining tables, bedside tables, reading corners, and kitchen spaces. The Large version creates more presence and works especially well in living rooms, bedrooms, and open-concept interiors where you want the fixture to be a focal point.

Designers often use woven pendants like this in Scandinavian, Japandi, coastal, and modern organic spaces paired with oak wood, linen fabrics, soft neutrals, and natural textures.

Which Size Is Right for You?

Medium: 11.81 × 11.81 inches, max height 64.96 inches. Compact and versatile — works over bedside tables, reading corners, smaller dining tables, and kitchen islands.
Large: 19.69 × 19.69 inches, max height 49.21 inches. More presence overhead — best for dining rooms, living rooms, and open-concept spaces where you want the fixture to read from across the room.

The Medium is taller and narrower. The Large is shorter and wider. Both are single-shade, single-bulb pendants.

Frequently Asked Questions

What bulb does it take, and is it included?

One E26 LED bulb, not included. For a warm, cozy feel go 2700K. For a brighter look, 3000K works well. The jute weave will add a warm amber tint to whatever bulb you use.

What's the difference between Medium and Large?

Medium is 11.81 inches wide and can drop up to 64.96 inches from the ceiling — tall and narrow, works well in tighter spaces and over smaller surfaces. Large is 19.69 inches wide and drops up to 49.21 inches — wider and lower, better for open rooms where you want more visual presence. Both are single-bulb pendants with the same jute material and finish.

What are the exact dimensions?

Medium: 11.81 × 11.81 inches, max total height 64.96 inches (300 × 300 mm, 1650 mm total).
Large: 19.69 × 19.69 inches, max total height 49.21 inches (500 × 500 mm, 1250 mm total).
Height is adjustable on both — you set the exact drop during install.

How high should I hang it?

Over a dining table or kitchen island, around 28 to 34 inches from the surface to the bottom of the shade. Over a bedside table or in a reading corner, lower is fine — 18 to 24 inches from the surface gives a more intimate feel. The cord is adjustable so you set it during install.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, with an external dimmer switch or dimmable smart bulbs. No integrated dimmer, so you can use whatever system you already have.

Is it approved for Canadian electrical code?

Yes. UL listed for both the USA and Canada (cUL), so it passes inspection and won't cause issues with insurance or a home sale.

Do I need an electrician?

It's a hardwired fixture that requires installation. If you're replacing an existing ceiling light on the same box, many people handle it themselves. If you're adding a new box or moving the location, use a licensed electrician.

How fast does it ship?

Ships from our Mississauga warehouse. 1 to 3 business days to Eastern Canada, 4 to 6 to Western Canada. Free shipping over $149.

What is the warranty?

2 years from date of purchase.

What if it doesn't work in the space?

30-day returns on uninstalled fixtures. Send it back within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging, uninstalled and unmodified. Once installed, it's no longer eligible for return.
